Camp Director and QB and REC Coach

PAUL LAPOLICE

Paul has over 25 years coaching experience including 15 plus years in the Canadian Football League.  He has coached Quarterbacks and Receivers for most of his career and is currently the Offensive Coordinator and Receivers Coach of the Winnipeg Blue Bombers.

BUCK PIERCE

Buck Pierce was a CFL starting QB who played  9 in the Canadian Football League.  He played in two Grey Cups winning one.  He was one of the most competive QB's to play in the CFL. He is in his fifth year coaching and second year coaching the Quarterbacks for the Winnipeg Blue Bombers.

JOHN MAKIE

John played QB for the Univ. of Manitoba Bisons leading them to the Vanier Cup Championship in 2007 and was named the Games Most Valuable Player.  He has coached QBs the past 11 years for the Bisons and also trains QBs at Recruit Ready Football Program.

Kelsey McKay

Kelsey has had tremendous success leading The Vincent Massey High School Program.  One of the top high school programs in the province and nationally, he has tutored QB Andreas Dueck into one of the top recruited QBs in the Country this past season.  Dueck completed 70% of his passes and threw for 17 TDs and only 6 Ints his senior year.

Bob Dyce

.Coach Dyce a former Bison and Winnipeg High School Receiver has been a Professional Coach in the CFL for the past 14 years.  Bob coached Receivers for the Bombers from 2004 to 2009, then was the Pass Game Coordinator, Offensive Coordinator, Special Teams Coordinator and Interim Head Coach of the Saskatchewan Roughriders over the course of 2010-2015.  He is presently the Special Teams coordinator of the Ottawa Redblacks.  He did some of his best coaching when he helped Terrence Edwards and Milt Stegall have great years as Receivers.
